Service Begins on August 11
INDIANAPOLIS - WindRose Health Network will add a new Behavioral Health service to the Chin Center beginning August 11.
The center, at 2524 East Stop 11 Road in Indianapolis, will be staffed by James Tluang, LMHCA, who also sees patients at the WindRose Health Center at Epler Parke. Services will include:
- Confidential counseling
- Individual and family support
- Screenings and assessments
- Substance use and prevention help
James earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Taylor University and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College (Graduate School).
James has gained valuable experience working at Garfield Park Hospital in Chicago, IL, a renowned Behavioral Health facility for children and adolescents. As a Behavioral Health Provider, James has had the privilege of serving individuals of all ages, from 3 years old and above, utilizing evidence-based practices to provide the best possible care.
