WindRose Health Network Places Chief Medical Officer on Leave, Cooperates Fully with Authorities

WindRose Health Network (WHN) confirms that Dr. Derrick Hasenour was arrested on May 9 and has been placed on immediate unpaid leave. WHN is fully cooperating with law enforcement and all applicable regulatory agencies. Patient services and safety protocols remain uninterrupted under interim clinical leadership. As the legal process continues, WHN will refrain from further comment and refer all inquiries to the investigating authorities.

“Patient safety and ethical practice are the cornerstones of our mission,” said Scott Rollett, Chief Executive Officer of WindRose Health Network. “We are conducting our own internal review, and maintaining uninterrupted, high-quality care through an experienced interim clinical leadership team.”

All medical services, clinic operations, and safety protocols remain in place and unaffected. WHN will release additional information as appropriate but will defer to the investigating agencies for further comment on the legal proceedings.
