Prior to joining Windrose Health Network, Kimberly Newlin was the Chief Operating Officer of Jane Pauley Community Health Center from 2012 to 2020. Before that, she was Operations and Human Resources Director of Shalom Health Care Center. Kimberly received her Bachelor of Science-Business Administration in Marketing and Management, from Indiana Tech and graduated Summa cum laude. She attended the University of California and received her certification for the UCLA/Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program.
In addition to her extensive experience working in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Kimberly has been a Member of the Health Policy Committee for the Indiana Primary Care Association since 2017 and a Member of the Personnel Committee for the Indiana Primary Health Care Association since 2018.
