  • Scott Rollett, MBA, CMPE
    Scott Rollett, MBA, CMPE Chief Executive Officer

    Scott K. Rollett has served as WHN’s Chief Operating Office since August of 2016 and was WHN’s Chief Financial Officer from April, 2004-July, 2016. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Evansville in 1993, (graduating Summa Cum Laude), an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana in 2001, and became a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) in 2005. Scott has worked in the healthcare industry since 1993, and has been a manager or senior administrator for more than 12 years. He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hancock Health Network, and the Accounting Manager of Tri-State Medical Management, a physician network owned by Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. In his spare time, he enjoys writing and spending time with his wife and three children.

  • Gregg Grote
    Gregg Grote Chief Financial Officer

    Prior to joining Windrose Health Network as its Chief Financial Officer in 2016, Gregg served as the Chief Financial Officer of Shalom Health Care Center for eight years. Before that, Gregg was the Director of Operations at the Indiana Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA). Mr. Grote has garnered extensive experience, knowledge, and skills in the areas of nonprofit finance and accounting, administration, practice management, personnel management and office management. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Indiana Wesleyan University and Bachelor of Science degree in a health-related field from the University of Missouri.

  • Cindi Yantz, MD
    Cindi Yantz, MD Chief Medical Officer

    Dr. Yantz joined WHN’s staff in 2009 as a practicing physician at the Hope Family Health Center. She was appointed Medical Director in February 2010. In addition to being Board Certified in Family Medicine, as well as holding Diplomate status with the American Board of Family Practice, Dr. Yantz holds a Master Degree in Public Health.

    After completing a Family Medicine residency at Stoneybrook University Hospital in New York (1991), Dr. Yantz worked as a private practice Physician in New York state and Florida for 14 years. In 2005, Dr. Yantz began practicing as a “hospitalist” for a large physician group in Tampa Bay. During her years in Florida, Dr. Yantz provided significant physician leadership to Helen Ellis Hospital. She was the Chief of Medicine for three years, served on a number of hospital committees, and was eventually elected as the Assistant Chief of Staff. In 2007, Dr. Yantz moved to Indiana to be near her only daughter. She is an avid animal lover, has numerous pets and even fosters rescue dogs from time to time. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish!

  • Laura Pryor, RN, MSN
    Laura Pryor, RN, MSN Chief Quality Officer

    Laura Pryor began working at the Trafalgar Family Health Center as a Charge Nurse in 2001. She also has held the positions of Clinical Care Coordinator and Director of Quality & Disease Management prior to being promoted to the position of Chief Quality Officer in 2014. Ms. Pryor has worked in a variety of medical settings including: long term care, rehabilitation and emergency medicine. Among her many duties, Laura currently spearheads WHN’s company-wide implementation of the Health Care Home service model. Ms. Pryor received her BS in Nursing from Indiana University in 1991 and her MS in Nursing in 2011 from Walden University.

  • Donna Miller-Vaughan, LMHC, DBH
    Donna Miller-Vaughan, LMHC, DBH Director of Integrated Primary Care

    Dr. Donna Vaughan grew up in the southwestern part of Virginia and landed in Indiana 9 years ago. She received her Doctorate of Behavioral Health from Arizona State University and has experience in developing and implementing integrated behavioral health programs. Dr. Vaughan also has a B.S. Degree in Mass Communications from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio. She has worked in community mental health for many years but has a passion for delivering behavioral health services within the primary care setting.

    Outside of work, Donna enjoys traveling to see her daughter and son-in-law in Colorado (hiking and still wishing to see a moose in the wild) as well as traveling to see her oldest daughter in Michigan (who also works in behavioral health). She also has a daughter in high school who keeps her very busy with ice skating and other sporting events!

  • Julie Merrill
    Julie Merrill Director of Population Health & Patient Outreach

    Julie joined Windrose Health Network in October, 2018 as the Director of Population Health & Patient Outreach.

    Julie has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years.  Many of those years were spent working at Columbus Regional Health in a variety of positions including, Practice Manager of Columbus Family Medicine, Director of PromptMed and Director of Regional Outreach.  In 2012 she accepted a position with Community Health Network as Director of their for-profit physician consulting service, Visionary Health Group.  Four years later, she accepted a position with Primaria Health as Director of Population Health and began working with Windrose as a client.  Julie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan in 2007.

  • Matt Dingledy
    Matt Dingledy Director of Information Technology

    Matt Dingledy began working in IT at Hewlett Packard around the turn of the century.  From there, he spent 5 years wearing many hats at a manufacturing company, primary roles including Systems Administrator and Director of Marketing.

    Next, Matt cut his teeth as a consultant, starting and running a successful IT consulting company. He worked with many verticals but focused on healthcare. It was during this time that he began work at Windrose, initially as an outsourced Systems Administrator and, eventually, moving into the roles of IT Manager and IT Director.

    Matt holds several industry certifications/specializations from Cisco, Microsoft and others, as well as a degree in PC Support and Administration.  Most importantly, he came in second to last this year at the chili cook-off.  The ribbon still hangs in his office.
