Amber Perry, FNP-C

Amber Perry, FNP-C, attended Indiana State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 and her Master’s Degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, in 2016. She previously worked at IU Health Family Medicine, downtown Indianapolis, where she managed chronic and acute health conditions. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in family medicine, including geriatric, women’s health and obstetric medicine.

Amber lives in the Indianapolis area and enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs.
