Paula Johnson, FNP

Paula Johnson graduated from Purdue University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She continued your education at the University of Missouri in Columbia where she received a Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2000, with emphasis on family and public health. Paula is Board Certified and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, as well as the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana.

Paula currently works at our Countyline location as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to coming to WindRose Health Network in 2008, Paula was a Nurse Practitioner at Wishard Health Services in Indianapolis. At Wishard, she took care of a variety of acute and chronic health care needs. She also worked for the Correctional Medical Services as a Nurse Practitioner for the Marion County Jail.

Paula really enjoys her position with WindRose Health Network as a Nurse Practitioner. She has a special interest in caring for women’s health. Paula has two daughters that she loves spending time with. She enjoys any activity that involves being outdoors, including camping and gardening. In her spare time, she likes to relax and read.
